This is where we get to know you. Where you’re coming from, what your needs are, what’s your timeline, what’s your strategy. We take what you tell us, plant it in our unconscious, and get our intuition humming.
BEGINNING THE SEARCH
We start talking to candidates. Like, so many candidates. And qualify them based on the hard skills and softer, intangible qualities we sense you’re looking for. You probably won’t even see most of them. We vet the best ones, and that’s who you see.
HIRING
Anyone can get good candidates in front of a hiring process. Not everyone can close. We team up with you to actually get the best person hired, from help with the offer, to negotiations on both sides, to closing out the process.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE
We start asking questions. With our 20+ years of experience, we hone in on the intricacies of what you’re actually looking for, and define the role. We begin discussing candidates you’ve thought of, and ones you haven’t thought of. What you think you need, you don’t always need.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
This is the “candidates are people, too,” part. We all started as one, once. We’re an extension of your brand, and they’re meeting you when they meet us. We take care to communicate with them, schedule everything, and help create a mutually beneficial experience that’s authentic to your brand.
